Xolo puppy available in San Diego through Xolos For Chronic Pain Relief (X-CPR)

Sadie, with the white on her mouth and black outlined eyes and very soft, short coat, is a real sweetheart. She is quiet, not a barker, soft and easy going temperament, and a real cuddler.
Sadie is 6 mos. Old, born May 5. She is currently approx. 10 inches high at the withers and about 14 inches long. She is a toy size... will be between 12 and 13 inches high as adults and will probably weigh 10-14 lbs. Had first two sets of shots and been wormed.
We realize that the cost of a Xolo is expensive; that is why X-CPR was created. Unfortunately, we do not yet have the means to absorb most of the cost of a Xolo placement. We need fundraisers and volunteers! Your help could bring you that much closer to getting a placement.
X-CPR is a legal 501c3 nonprofit organization, and through our nonprofit you CAN have success in fundraising on your own.
For this reason, we have set up a fundraising website where you can create your own fundraising page and watch your donations build until you can afford your Xolo!
Please note: before you start a fundraising page, your application MUST be approved.
Here is an example of an applicant who has already raised enough money to pay for her Xolo:

When the Universe conspires, it’s a blessed day! There I was, in the driver's seat, (so I thought- ha!), headed up to the annual L.A. Gift Show to search for an agency to represent Paws For Comfort®. I need to concentrate on creating the nonprofit Xolos for Chronic PainTM (X-CPR) TM Service Dog Placement Program, and someone else marketing Paws would be a pawsitively huge relief. Still, I didn't want to go; I desperately wanted to volunteer this same day at a local fundraiser at the Sports Arena, to be present with some very big personalities, such as Tony Robbins, Rev. Michael Beckwith, and others from The Secret, thinking maybe, just maybe, I would meet one of the speakers who could open the door for my missions. But despite my repeated, (apparently almost irritating efforts according to the fundraiser coordinator’s attitude) to become a volunteer, the door was closed. Ok, so, I must be meant to find a different door. But I was still disappointed, thinking I had lost out on a big opportunity; I was so sure I was “supposed to be there”.

OTHER WAYS TO HELP The easiest, fastest and safest way to donate is through OUR FUNDRAISING WEBSITE: www.firstgiving.com/x-cpr Q: I don’t need a dog but I want to help people in pain. How can I get involved? We have many, many areas where we can use volunteer help: one-time tasks or on-going projects and responsibilities. Please check the website for the list on volunteering or email nancy at pawsforcomfort dot com. The more you help us the more we can help you! Thank YOU!
Here are some media sources featuring X-CPR.
Please fill out and send in the application, here. This insures that you are on the waiting list (without paying any fee at this point) and are higher up the list. Q: What is the cost of a Xolo? The costs without a grant/sponsorship will vary depending on where we get the dogs from and the costs incurred by the program. These placements are typically not less than $1600. With a sponsorship, the cost to the applicant will not be less than $500. Included in the cost of your Xolo, you will receive service dog training support by telephone/email for one year (at the applicant’s phone expense); and a special service dog placement packet (including start up puppy stuff).
WE JUST GOT OUR TAX EXEMPT APPROVAL!!! Now we really need help to get funding and place dogs! Please contact me if you can help at all, even on a project/one time basis. Thanks, Nancy |
